Answer: Different types of stakeholders in the PPP Company Internal stakeholder- The stakeholders or the people who are involved within the organization can be regarded as the internal stakeholders. It can be said that internal stakeholders are entitled to serve the organization. Considering the instance of the PPP Company, their internal stakeholders can be identified as the event director, artist, event manager, guest manager, backstage manager, infrastructure manger, marketing, advertising and publicity team, site crew, sound and lighting production, stage managers, production manager, security (Kraft and Jauch, 2013). External stakeholders- The group of people or individual who are not directly involved within the organizations proceedings but gets affected form the various decision as well as proceedings of the organization is known as the external stakeholder. In terms of the PPP Company, their external stakeholders can be identified as the suppliers, sponsors, audience, Software developer, owner of the venue, market stalls and various interest and community groups. Executive and operational stakeholders- Operational stakeholders are the one who are involved in the handling the operation related activities of the organization whereas the executive stakeholders can be considered as the top level management of the organization (Davis, 2014). In context of the PPP Company it can said that the owner of the company, the senior managers can be considered as the executive stakeholder for the company. The operational stakeholders can be identified as the employees of the PPP Company, this will involve the artist, event managers, infrastructure mangers and the various other management teams of the PPP Company. Roles of the various stakeholders As a Software developer, I am entitled for creating software for the purpose of maintaining the records in an organized manner of the performers so that there is a minimal chance of data inaccuracy within the PPP Company. As an event manager, my responsibility will be to look after all the events of the company such that it gets executed in a well-planned manner. As a stage manager, I am responsible for maintaining all the on-stage requirements so that the stage performance proceeds with ease. As a production manager, I am responsible for meeting all the requirements of the company so that the budget is well-maintained. As a security official, my job will be to provide stringent security service to the Company such that there is no instance of chaos during the event. As a guest manger, my role will be to provide hospitality services to the guests for making the event enjoyable for them. As a member of the light and production team I am responsible for providing all the on-stage technical requirements to ensure a successful stage performance. As a senior manager, I am entitled to regulate the functioning of the PPP Company such that the company earns profitable revenues. As a supplier, my job is to provide all the necessary props and costumes for the purpose of the event in order to meet the requirements of the show. As a sponsor, I am responsible for sponsoring the events of the PPP Company and in the process I want my brand to get recognition from the event.
